IT job seekers juggle 5+ disconnected tools: a resume editor, a coding practice site, an interview prep guide, a notes app, and someone to give feedback. None of them talk to each other, none of them know your weakest skill.
The approach
One Session-centric platform. Every job application becomes a Session: resume gets tuned to it, cover letter generated, AI-curated prep checklist produced, mock interview practiced with voice AI, evaluation fed back into a 12-skill profile.
The outcome
16-container architecture in production. Three LLM providers with automatic fallback. ElevenLabs voice interviews. Currently serving real users in NZ and abroad.
