Cookie Policy

Last updated: 16 May 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how NeuralNest Limited uses cookies and similar technologies on our website (the “Website”).

This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Website Terms of Use.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and to provide information to the website owner. “Similar technologies” means tracking mechanisms with comparable function, such as local storage, pixel tags, and web beacons.

2. Why we use cookies

We use cookies to:

  • Operate the Website and remember your preferences (essential cookies);
  • Understand how visitors use the Website so we can improve it (analytics, if and when enabled);
  • Enable third-party features such as embedded scheduling tools, video players, and form widgets (functional cookies, if and when loaded).

3. Categories of cookies we use

3.1 Strictly necessary cookies

Required to make the Website function. They cannot be disabled. Examples: session cookies that maintain your visit, cookies that remember your cookie-preference choice, security cookies that detect abuse.

3.2 Analytics cookies

Help us understand which pages visitors view, how they arrive, and where they leave. We use this information in aggregate to improve content. We prefer privacy-respecting analytics that do not identify individuals.

3.3 Functional and third-party cookies

Set by third-party services we embed on the Website, such as:

  • Scheduling and booking tools;
  • Embedded video players;
  • Embedded forms and chat tools;
  • Content delivery networks.

These third parties have their own privacy and cookie policies, which we do not control. We list the third parties we currently use on request.

4. What we currently set

At present, the Website operates with strictly necessary cookies only. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising, or cross-site tracking cookies. Under New Zealand and Australian privacy law, consent is not required for strictly necessary cookies, so we do not display a cookie consent banner.

If we add analytics or functional third-party cookies in the future (for example, an embedded scheduling tool, a video player, or privacy-respecting analytics), we will update this policy and, where the law requires it, introduce a cookie consent banner before those cookies are set.

5. Your choices

5.1 Browser controls

Most browsers allow you to view, manage, and delete cookies. Settings vary by browser; see your browser’s help documentation. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may break the Website.

5.2 Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no consistent industry standard for how websites should respond. We do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals, but as noted above, we do not run tracking cookies in the first place.

6. Cookies and personal information

Where cookies collect information that can identify you (for example, when combined with your account login or IP address), that information is treated as personal information under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and (where applicable) the Australian Privacy Principles, and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes — for example, the addition of analytics or marketing cookies — will be notified through the Website and, where the law requires it, through a cookie banner.
